On the price issue my idea is to subtract between $2,000 and $4,000, but I'm not sure that's right so maybe others will respond. On what the AD says, I believe that it requires you to replace the crank whenever it is next exposed. So, theoretically, you don't suffer the expense until you have to overhaul or otherwise tear-down the engine (such as for a prop strike).
