Yes, it is it that one, KVKX, deep in the middle of the Washington DC Flight Restricted Zone ('FRZ'). 2665ft long, deep in a valley surrounded by trees, and squeezed between National Airport and Andrews AFB class B airspace on three sides and 1500 ft overhead.
