ProSeal

When using ProSeal to mount windows there is an easy and clean method to use. The following photos show the process and details can be simple but plan for some time to mount as it's not a quick assembly.

The finish exterior will look professional and if done correctly there is no leaks. The ProSeal will allow some flex in the cabin, enough to keep windows in place.

#1 - using the HH technique to secure window while ProSeal cures
#2 - tape off window and cabin skin for the finish bead on exterior
#3 - use liberal amounts of ProSeal when mounting the window (some PS will escape around window and through the holes in window for good secure fit)
#4 - apply additional ProSeal to the exterior for the finish bead (finish area between window and cabin with finger similar to caulk bead)
#5 - the finish exterior bead after tape is removed, allow to cure 24 - 48 hours
