Yup, very good guess, Herb. Loose wire and pin in the harness that connects to the over/under voltage box. Works great now. Cheap fixes are good. Thanks!

Took the wing root covers off and looked around. Nothing obvious to see. The parts manual shows plugs so I'll see if I can order another and install it. Thanks for the suggestions.

My '77 P model has a plug in the right wing root air inlet, the smaller one. There is no plug in the left wing. Does anyone have any info on these plugs? The aircraft has Riley air...

I had an older lawn tractor that I wasn't using any more so I made a bracket for the front. Works great and only cost about $60. There's a ball on the rear, too.
