If the A/P pitches the airplane down all the time, it sounds like you have either a A/H that is unserviceable or the plug has dropped off. Or the pitch servo has a couple of transistors U/S...

However somebody has removed the regulator and connected the trim power up to the 28 volts, so we are without a regulator...
