John,
Don't waist your time and $ on any owen bell cowl flap motors. They are the worst, and he is terrible at providing warranty services to his customer.
I put one of his $1,600 motors on a P337....

Skymasters certified for Known Icing conditions
Thanks for the info guys. It's kind of a shame to have a fully equipped and booted airplane and it still not be legally certified for icing conditions.
Mind you, I don't advocate intentional flight...
