A poor (or lazy) mans stethescope
To isolate the source of a sound you can even use any old rubber hose.
One end near your ear, and you will be hearing whatever is near the other end of the hose.
Crude but effective.

Crazy Question
Any way to fit an airstair door into an earlier model? The opening appears the same. Maybe just the mounting hardware?

Navomatic
Not to lowball, but ine works. That said, having spare ailteroon elevator servos, DG, control head, main processor, etc probably not a bad idea.
$500 for the whole thing, plus shipping?

Sounds to me perhaps like an intermittent electrical short arching? Look for wires chafing each other or against any metal. Just a thought.

In the middle of nowhere
STARTING
One way to never have a flat battery is to buy a small 24 volts solar trickle charger that can either fit under the windscreen, or hang across the cowl.
I did this with a small boat I...

There are a few ways water can get in the tanks. The fill ports sit in little 'swimming pools' that will fill with rain water, UNLESS:
Periodically replace the seals around the base of the fuel...
