Thanks for the help. I didn't think to look at the aircraft parts manual for engine parts...but sure enough there it was. By the way, I found that spring for only $20.59 at www.iwantcessnaparts.com.

I'm not sure a "new wing" is required. There are ways to repair the spare that are "acceptable" to the administrator. However, to my knowledge no one has done it yet...nor ever had to.
