Thanks for the feed back. Should find out today if we need to investigate the cable in more detail. The FBO working on it didn't think it is the problem. They are almost as stubborn as the owner.

Herb has a lot of experience going into OSH. I normal get a reservation time for arrival and Flyin under IFR flight plan. Very simple. I park at the FBO there. Need to reserve parking spot with them....

Cowl flap motor

Those motors are very simple units. Don't be afraid to take it apart. Most likely requires only cleaning. Just be carefully re the head with gears in it.
