Need pre-buy & possible Annual in Everett, WA
 

Looking at a used Skymaster purchase, aircraft stored at Everett, WA, and need someone competent to check it over. Aircraft is out of annual so if it's in otherwise good shape, it'll need that, too. Any offers or recommendations would be appreciated.
