Wanna be C337 Owner looking to join in

Hi All

Due to my aspirations to own a C337, though still undecided about which model. I thought it may be a good idea to join the Fly in.

Would this be possible?

If so I'm looking at the feasibility of flying in from overseas to the west coast.
Either to SFO or LAX, then Jump Seating on Virgin America to ORD Chicargo hiring a car and driving down.

As an alternative I would like to hitch a ride and contribute to the costs of any C337 owners flying there.
I can meet you by easily Jump Seating to any VA destinations. Or ID travel on other airlines.

This would enable me to have more exposure to the plane and its functionality etc.

I'm also hoping to have a look at some planes for sale while in the US.

Please let me know if you have any lends of interest & advice on any of the above. It would be greatly appreciated.

Rgds
Bruce

Bruce
If you fly into OHare it is just a 2.5 hour drive around the lake to Grand Rapids. I have an extra seat in the Skymaster going to Dayton. I have a friend just a few miles away with a P model for sale. There is at least 2 or 3 other Skymasters in Michigan for sale. You are welcome to stay here at my house if needed. We can surely help you spend your money and find the right bird :)

Here are two listed here on the message board
