The rear of Northrop Grumman's new airplane/drone, designed by Burt Rutan, looks a lot like a Skymaster: rear propeller engine with top-mounted scoop, twin booms and rudders. Take a look below (click to enlarge).

Rutan has a thing for twin-boom tails and pusher props (and what gentleman of taste doesn't?). Witness his M-309 CarbonAero:
