Fly In Party
 

I know it's kind of late notice, but we are having a party. Celebrating Herb winning at Oshkosh. It's at my house, at Newman's Field, 4N0.
Sunday from 2-5. We'll have Brats and Burgers and a huge assortment of dishes, because in my neighborhood, we know how to party.

The weather for Sunday is supposed to be nice, so come on over. Herb's plane will be here, as will his LINDY.

If you come over, take the taxi way on the west side of the runway, and just come up to the road, we'll direct you to parking.

The party was awesome. Larry and Kathryn outdid themselves to make this event unforgettable. I am still in a state of shock and excitement so excuse my continuing to post information about the Lindy award. I want to thank Ed and Jerry for flying their Skymasters to Newman's for the fun. It was well attended and most of the support on this project was present to receive a big THANK YOU. Lots of hours and work. I even got some media out of the whole thing and it explains my passion for aviation. One very special person was responsible for the itch. Thanks dad.
