Cessna Skymaster's 50th Birthday coming up!
 

iHaro will be celebrating 50th birthday of Cessna 337B type in partnership with Region of Waterloo International Airport CYKF on August 26th during their Aviation fun day. We are inviting any and all Skymaster owners and pilots to fly in with their aircraft to celebrate this event and also to enjoy other festivities on airport grounds.

John Thompson with his 73 Cessna Skymaster II will be at the event.

Dates are finalized by the airport for Aviation Fun Day to be August 26th from 10 am till 4pm. We like to have as many Skymasters at our event as possible to make this event a great n historical event. Fly-in times are from 7am till 10 am, after 10 am it will be difficult to bring in your aircraft on the apron unless it can be towed in. We need to know how many aircraft will arrive to get enough space to park all together. This is CYKF's annual family event where people are welcome walk-in to see all aviation related activities at our airport.

4 Skymasters are confirmed to fly-in to join us for the biggest event of iHaro and annual event of our airport CYKF. US Skymasters are welcome to join us. Region of Watetloo International Airport CYKF is port of entry airport!

It will be great honour to have you come out to our event. If it wasn't for you and this great site, I wouldn't have found my grandfather's bird!. Please confirm so I can make arrangements to park 6-7 Skymasters in one area together. We may end up getting 10 birds to fly-in to join us!!

Arrival Time:

We are requesting all our flying in guests for this event to please arrive between 7am and 10am on 26th. If you arrived after 10am, it will be very difficult to park your aircraft in Skymasters designated are on Apron 4 of CYKF. Hoping to see and meet you all on 26th!

Hoping to have 10 Skymasters to fly in, this will make largest Cessna Skymasters meet and get together at one time, at one place in Canada.

Things are getting exciting! Only 10 days till the great Skymasters meet n 50th anniversary of all 337Bs.....

We have 10 Skymasters confirmed. We still have room for more birds.
