This is a public forum. That means, that unlike some, anyone can read what is posted. It does not mean anyone can join and post. I have seen lots of message boards contaminated by spam. That's why, I review each and every "applicant". Interestingly enough, we now have a user from Poland.

I have witnessed the predecessor to this message board, the Skymaster UK board, be destroyed by unrelenting attacks on Bob Cook, and anyone who dared to agree with him. Those attacks were carried out by two individuals who can no longer post here.

I will not see this forum be reduced to a place where some individuals constantly attack, and harangue other members. Some people will now find that they can no longer participate. That's just fine with me.

Well said Larry! I rely on this forum for guidance and I appreciate the positive input from every member. That being said sometimes you have to tend your garden. Thanks for moderating.

I'll second Gord's sentiments and also thank the administrator and moderators for their efforts. Lots of good info here, but it's no place for pushiness or politics.

I'm "the other" webmaster, because Larry carries much of the load, and I wanted to point out this statement which has been on our Home page since SOAPA took over the site: Anyone can participate in the website, without cost. Two rules: polite behavior & Skymaster-only topics. Enough said.
