Looking from plastic trim piece 337B

Looking for this piece from serial 661.
It is the plastic piece that covers the elevator trim wheel/gear.
Anyone have for sale or know where to buy?
Ive checked with the usual interior plastic providers and they do not have.

If you strike out on finding an actual trim piece for your B model, I am working with Dean ( pdean@pipts.com ) to fabricate one for my G model. It has been an arduous process as the geometry of the angles and curves are critical. On my G model the trim indicator housing is a single piece, so … there is that difference, and I don’t know if the geometry of the angles and curves for the trim indicator housing is different for the B vs G models.

If that doesn’t work for you, you might consider reaching out to Maksim ( https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100009984700003 ) from Ukraine. I sent him the “eyebrow” trim piece from my airplane in January of 2022, then that bastard Putin invaded the next month and Maxim got his family out of the country. I didn’t think I’d ever see my new eyebrow, … or my old one. But, Maxim continued to work with the guys in his shop in Kharkov and I got the new one as well as my original that he used as the mold. He is an honorable fellow, bless him and his compatriots.

Thanks Rick, glad you got your eyebrow, Maksim is a good man.
I took up a gofundme for Maksim to help him get out when it started.
A lot of generous people out there….
i asked him about, he has a piece but does not fit unfortunately.
I think this particular piece is only for 337B.
I looked through the parts catalog and no part number for it.

I can’t remember which, but a year or two ago when I talked with one of the major interior plastic companies, they said if you send them an original they can try and copy it (I was talking about an overhead piece at the time but got sidetracked and didn’t move forward with it).

There's always Don Nieser at Commodore aerospace in Oklahoma. He seems to have everything over there. I have purchased multiple parts from him over the years ranging from exterior plastic trim to nose gear components.

He's getting on in years and that business is apparently up for sale. Anyone know if someone is going to purchase it?
