Don bought the USAF excess inventory inexpensively.
(....I wonder if they paid him to take it away?)

He has lots of major parts, many still unused in the 'green.' (chromated and from storage)
I just bought a pile of fresh inspection plates and fairings very reasonably. Easier, faster, and less expensive to repaint than to strip and treat the old ones.
