Hail Damaged Turbo 337 Insurance Bid

insurance company has settled a hail claim on a Turbo Skymaster in Arizona, and yhey would like to sell the aircraft as-is where-is to the highest bidder.

How does a person find out about this bid and others like it? I'm not ready to buy yet, but I'd be VERY interested in "off-market" deals when the time comes.
