Herb & all,
Finally got my Skymaster back from a 13 month annual and brought home to my new airstrip. Here's a couple of YouTube videos:

Loved my wife's comments (she's not a pilot)
Enjoy,

Very nice Fred. I also love the commentary. It's play by play
Glad to see it back in the air. Come on up north.
Just came across this utube video of my skymaster.

Nice landing Tony. I saw this on YouTube about a month ago but didn't know it was you.
I watched the whole 33 minutes Frank. That is some nice country, it's been awhile since I have been around the northwest. I liked the formation flying..
Here's another short clip taken with a HD170 Drift camera mounted on the tail.

It was a really quick pattern to make sure it didn't come off of the aircraft!

All the credit for this idea goes to Sean Vietnamfac, not me
Just make a new inspection panel and WAH-LAW!
I used the strut mount and hose clamp that came with it to strap it to the beacon. If you look at the shadow on the aircraft while I'm turning base you can see it sticking out. I want to get a replacement panel for the inside of the tail boom to do the same thing Herb did.
Oh, and I didn't take any pictures of the mount because I don't want to post any incriminating evidence...:)

You don't really need to buy a plate just get some sheet aluminum and build em. I have 3 ready for action at any time needed.
I suppose you could find some salvaged units but it's pretty simple to make.
